老美朋友刚刚办完登机手续后，
收到母亲去世的短信，
他就转身又去航空公司的服务台办理改票手续，
当他告诉工作人员改票的原因是母亲去世时
（老美同事的母亲87岁高龄去世了），
工作人员首先表示同情，
并主动说免去他的改票手续费，
手续费大概也得至少100刀的。
听完朋友的叙述，
我不禁感叹到，
这个航空公司真人性化。
